District Meet Information 10-23-2014

October 15, 2014

Admission:            There is no admission charge or team fees for this meet.

 

Concessions:         There will be a full concession stand available for athletes and spectators near the clubhouse.

 

Maintenance:        Please respect the golf course and its fine facilities. Please stay off all greens.  Also make sure your runners pick up their camp area before leaving. THERE ARE NO PETS ALLOWED ON OR AROUND THE COURSE AREA.

 
Parking:                There will be designated drop-off areas for teams and suburbans in front of the clubhouse. There will be no spectator or bus parking in this lot. Buses will be directed to park in a specific area away from the clubhouse to prevent traffic congestion. Spectator parking will also be designated upon arrival. There will not be a parking fee. 

 

Directions to course:           From East:              Follow highway 44 west out of Panora.  Turn north (right) on Redwood Rd.  Turn east (right) on West RV Rd.

              From West:             Follow highway 44 east out of Guthrie Center. Turn north (left) on Redwood Rd.  Turn east (right) on West RV Rd.

1:00 Kids will be dismissed. 
2:45- Coaches Meeting (All Classes)
3:30- Class 2A Girls
4:00- Class 2A Boys
(2A Girls and Boys awards @ clubhouse)
4:30- Class 1A Girls
5:00- Class 1A Boys
(1A Girls and Boys awards @ clubhouse)
 
We should be home between 7 and 8.  We will have meals on the bus for the trip home.
