Thomsen earns Post-Season Honors

March 01, 2016

Two time defending State Champion Alex Thomsen continues to rack up the honors and accolades. Alex was named 2016 Class 1A's Most Valuable Wrestler for the State Tournament as well as being named 1 of 3 finalists for the Dan Gable Award (Wrestler of the Year Award). Alex finished the season with a 50-0 record en route to his second title in as many tries. This brings Alex's high school career record to 94-0.
