Seventh Graders Conduct Interviews and Make Videos to Cherish for a Lifetime

During the third quarter in English class, the seventh graders conducted interviews of a grandparent or relative.  They then turned that interview into an essay which would later be used in a video compiled with pictures of the person they interviewed.

The seventh graders worked very vigorously using the program We Video to complete the project.  Each student recorded themselves reading their essay and used it as narration for the pictures.  After all of their hard work, grandparents and relatives were invited into the classroom to view the final products. As a class, they took a normal interview and turned it into something students along with their grandparents will cherish for a lifetime.
