MAY 2013 DISTRICT DISPATCH At the regular school board meeting held on Wednesday, April 10, 2013, the Underwood Community School District Board of Directors approved the certified budget for the 2013-14 school year at a total maximum amount not to exceed $13,363,152.  Key information shared with the school board members included the following:  (1) taxable valuation in the school district has increased from $221,580,394 to $233,013,459; (2) the general fund property tax levy rate is projected to decrease from 13.19564 to 12.47792; (3) the management fund property tax levy rate is projected to decrease from 0.85748 to . . . read more

High School Addition Project

Underwood Boys Shine at State Track Meet

     The Underwood Boys Track team had one of the more memorable state track meets in recent history this past weekend in Des Moines.
