2024 Bond Referendum
On Tuesday, November 5, 2024, Underwood Community Schools will call for a bond referendum election presenting voters with one question that will address three (3) main priorities:
① Health and Safety
② Building Repairs
③ Learning Spaces
The needs of our school facilities continue. Following the failed November 2023 bond, we engaged the community through a district-wide survey last spring and worked with a community advisory committee. Based on this input, the School Board eliminated several scope items and reduced costs by over a million dollars.
As we approach the November 5th election, information will continue to be shared with voters through our Bond Referendum website (bit.ly/ucs-ref24), social media, open house opportunities, and more.
