Baking II students worked with Erin Johnsen to fulfill a wedding cake order for a fictitious bride. They learned about the process from working with a bride on a design, pricing, and putting together the final product. This real-life, hands-on experience is always a class favorite. We appreciate Erin’s willingness to give back. #WeAreTheU
Earlier this week some members of the Class of 2026 spent a fun day together on their class trip. They started out at the House of Conundrum escape rooms. After a lunch at Spaghetti Works they finished at TreeRush Adventures. It was a great day! #WeAreTheU

Today we celebrate an incredible milestone as Rod Minssen nears the completion of his 50th year of service to Underwood. During his time with the district, Rod has served as both Transportation Director and route driver, safely transporting generations of Underwood students.
Thank you, Rod, for your dedication and commitment to our school and community over the past 50 years!
