Underwood Optimist and the Elementary Student Council hosted a very successful Christmas Food Basket program for local families this week. The elementary students were asked to donate goods to help support the program. Thank you to everyone who donated! #WeAreTheU

Baking II students successfully completed their wedding cake project for the semester! With guidance from Erin Johnsen of Wild Magnolias Bakery, students baked and decorated 48 cupcakes along with a two-tiered wedding cake. #WeAreTheU
