Underwood Cross Country - 2016- Everything You Need to Know
Everyone who runs and records 100 miles this summer on this document will recieve a free 100 Mile Club tee shirt. Put your name at the top of a column and put your miles below. If you start before June 1, just enter all of those miles in the June 1 blank. The spreadsheat should add up on it's own.

Practice starts officially on August 8th.
Parent Meeting on August 11th 6pm-6:30pm HS Commons
Be sure to get a physical before the first day of practice.
During the summer there will be optional group running on Tuesday mornings at 7:30 am. If there is demand we will also add Thursday mornings.
